You can browse Eichholtz, Romo, Poliform or Porta Romana online for as long as you like. You'll find the collection, the finishes, sometimes even a room set. What you won't find is a price or a way to order.

It works for the brands that are available to the public, too. Porcelanosa, Amtico, Karndean, Grohe, Geberit, Crosswater, Sanderson and Osborne & Little all sell through showrooms and retailers — and the price you'd pay in a showroom is not the price we pay. Same product, same guarantee, same delivery. Different number.

Do I have to hire you as a designer?
No. Supply-only is a service in its own right.
Plenty of people come to us with the design already settled — their architect has drawn it, or they've spent six months on Pinterest and know exactly what they want. They need the products, at a sensible price, delivered when the builder needs them. We're happy to do just that.

Yes. Supply-only is a standalone service. Send us a product list or a schedule and we'll quote it.
It varies by brand, range and volume, and our supplier agreements don't allow us to publish figures. Send us a like-for-like list and we'll show you the difference against the retail price on the same items.
Eichholtz and Romo both state publicly that they don't sell to private customers, and Poliform, Porta Romana and most of the fabric houses work the same way. Others — Porcelanosa, Amtico, Grohe, Sanderson — you can buy at retail; the advantage there is the price rather than the access.
Yes. They're the same goods, supplied through the manufacturer's own trade channel, with the standard warranty intact.
